Welcome to Desert Valley Resort. By making a reservation, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. General Information

Desert Valley Resort is located opposite Sam Sand Dunes, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, India.
The term “guest,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person making a booking or using our services.
The term “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Desert Valley Resort and its management.

2. Reservations & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an advance payment minimum 30%
Full payment must be settled at the time of check-in unless stated otherwise.
We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and select digital payment methods.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 02:00 PM onwards
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: No refund.
Cancellations made from (18 Oct 2025 to 26 Oct 2025) and (23 Dec 2025 to 04 Jan 2026) no refund will be initiated.
No-shows or early departures will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID proof at the time of check-in.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum, respect property, and avoid causing damage or disturbance.
Illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
The resort reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests without refund in case of misconduct.

6. Children & Extra Bed Policy

Children of all ages are welcome.
Extra bedding and special arrangements may incur additional charges.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near dunes, pool, or open areas.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or cash. Guests are advised to use safety arrangements provided.
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during your stay, safaris, or other adventure activities.
Activities like camel rides, jeep safaris, dune bashing, parasailing, and cultural performances are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.

8. Use of Website

Information on our website (https://www.desertvalleyresort.in/) is provided for general purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or error-free content.
Unauthorized use, duplication, or modification of website content (text, images, videos) is prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

The resort is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen emergencies.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information collected through bookings or website use will be handled as per our [Privacy Policy].

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will apply immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
